"CE credits ended up being kind of a hassle"
I used aahom.org for my continuing education credits, it was more frustrating than I expected. I’m sure I did everything the right way, but my credits still didn’t show up correctly. Support did get back to me eventually, I think, but it felt slow and not super helpful. At this point, I still feel like I’m stuck trying to get it sorted out.

"I was hoping the curriculum would go..."
I was hoping the curriculum would go a little deeper. While going through it, I kept feeling like just as something got interesting, it moved on without really explaining the parts I was curious about. I can see it being helpful if you're brand new and just want a starting point, but for me it felt too surface-level and left me a little disappointed...
"Felt like they made it my problem"
The staff came across really unprofessional. I felt ignored most of the time, and when someone finally did speak to me, it felt like they were talking down to me. Instead of trying to help, they made it feel like the whole situation was my problem to deal with

"I tried using the directory and... yeah..."
I tried using the directory and... yeah, it wasn’t super accurate. Some stuff seemed outdated or just not where I expected it to be. Not a huge disaster, but it definitely threw me off for a minute.

"Just didn’t feel worth it to me"
For me personally, it felt a bit too expensive for what you actually get. Other people might feel differently, but I didn’t really think the value was there.

"Booking worked out, but the timing was a little annoying"
I booked through aahom.org and it was simple, like the site itself wasn’t confusing or anything, but then I got to the available times and there just weren’t that many options. I ended up shifting my day around more than I expected, which was kind of a hassle. It all worked out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I was hoping. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Some of it feels kinda questionable"
I was reading through it and I’m not sure I trust everything it says. A few parts felt off to me, like it didn’t really sound fully checked or reliable.

"Helpful webinar, even if it dragged a little"
I hopped on one of their webinars i was in a decent mood afterward. The speaker kept things simple and easy to follow, which I appreciated, and I picked up a few tips I’ll actually use. Some parts felt a little slow and made me zone out a bit, but overall it was still worth the time.

I wasn’t expecting much at first, but the discounts ended up coming in handy more than once. By the time I used it a few times, it was clear I’d made the right call.

"Helpful overall, but I expected quicker responses"
I did end up getting certified, and the guidance was helpful for the most part. That said, a few steps were kind of confusing, and I was expecting faster responses when I had questions...

"Quick take: solid course"
My snap judgment is that this was a good course. The instructor clearly knew what he was talking about and came across as solid

"Pricing wasn’t super obvious"
The membership fees seemed fine at first, and I kind of assumed the total cost would be easy to figure out. But I ended up having to click around more than expected to understand what I’d actually be paying...

"Information could be much clearer"
I found myself confused while using Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum. The information didn’t feel very easy to follow, and I had a hard time finding simple answers to what I was looking for. Maybe the details are somewhere on the site, but as a customer, I think a lot of people would appreciate it being laid out in a much clearer and more straightforward way.

Using Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum was easy enough overall, and I don’t really have any major complaints. I did feel a little ignored at times, like there wasn’t much communication or follow-up, but the process itself was straightforward.

"Easy site to use"
I had a smooth time using the site. I didn’t have to dig around or click through a bunch of pages just to find what I needed, and everything loaded without any issues for me.
I also liked that the layout wasn’t cluttered or confusing. It felt simple, clear, and easy to get around, which is what I look for. I’d definitely use the site again

"I wanted to use the resources, but got stuck"
I tried checking out aahom.org because I was hoping to find some helpful resources, but i kept thinking, “Am I missing something here?” The pages felt a little confusing to navigate, and a few links either didn’t load right or just didn’t take me where I expected. After clicking around for a bit, I got frustrated and gave up quickly.

"Nice community vibe, though it can be a little slow"
I’ve been using aahom.org to keep up with local updates and community happenings, it has a welcoming feel to it. It doesn’t come across as too corporate or stiff, which I like, and most of the posts and event info are easy enough to follow.
The only thing is that a few pages loaded a bit slowly for me, and here and there I had to click around to figure out where something was. Nothing major, though. Overall, it seems like a genuinely useful spot if you want to stay connected and know what’s going on.

"The learning materials just didn’t work for me"
I really wanted to get something useful out of the course, but the materials felt outdated and hard to follow. A lot of it was confusing, and I found myself spending more time trying to understand the explanations than actually learning. In the end, it felt like a waste of my time, which was really disappointing

"CouRse was okay, just not amazing"
I took a course on aahom.org and it was decent eNough. Some of the lessons were clear and easy to follow, but a few sections felt kinda rushed and a little too basic. The videos played fine, they just weren’t always that engaging. I did learn a bit, but I was expecting more depth for the time I put into it. Overall, not bad, but it could definitely use some updates and better real-world examples.

"Easy to manage my account"
I’ve been using aahom.org for my account stuff, and honestly... it’s been smooth so far. Logging in, updating my details, and checking my info has all been easy enough.
I had one small question about my settings, and support got back to me quickly. They kept it simple and didn’t make the whole thing complicated, which I really appreciated.
Overall, it’s just a straightforward account setup that works... no weird issues on my end. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.
